 USD/JPY 92.46.  Nikkei broke through at least a 25-year low.

Dow futures are limit down (-550), as are S&P and Nasdaq, which means they are halted.  After the open, the NYSE itself will hit a circuit breaker if it reaches -1100.  The question is what happens when the market re-opens at 10:35 or whatever.

Calculated Risk has not gotten up yet, but I suspect it will be busy over there once he does.  Or heck, just turn on the news…

CNBC just showed a trader guy on the floor of the NYSE who said, “Morituri te salutamus“.  Awesome.
